We recommend that parents explore our Site with their children and that they remind them to seek parental consent before submitting any contests entry forms to Candy Dynamics.

Children can surf our site, view content, and play games without providing any personal information such as name or email addresses. The only section within our website where we collect and store personal information is within the member section entitled “Club House”. Within this section we do not allow children under the age of 13 to become members; as such, we require the person registering for this section to check off that they are 13 years or older. Again, we highly advise parents to monitor children under the age of 13 while on this site to ensure that they are not signing up for this section under false pretense.

Parental Access/Control

If you are a parent that has given us permission to collect and store your child’s information (via completion of Parental Consent Forms for online sweepstakes/contests), you can do the following at any time:
